RETURN POLICY

1. The customer may return goods purchased in the Store without stating a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment. The returned goods must be sent back together with the invoice received with it.

2. The Store guarantees a refund of an amount equal to the price of the goods.

3. In the event of the right to withdraw from the agreement, the agreement is considered not concluded, and the Buyer is free from all obligations. Goods of the Buyer and Bikor company are subject to return in an unchanged state, unless the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management. The Buyer should return the product in the same quantitative and qualitative composition, subject to the previous sentence, as received.

4. In the case of a return of the order, the Store: will refund the Client for the returned goods within 14 days; will accept the return when it is sent back to the address Bikor Makeup ul. Piastowska 83 80-363 Gdańsk; does not accept parcels sent COD (cash on delivery).

5. All payments are made by paying the nominal sum expressed in euro.
