You can create an account at any time, whether you want to make a purchase or not. At the top of the page in the menu bar, click on “Log In,” then if you don’t have an account yet, click on “Register” and then choose the easy registration option through your Facebook profile or via email address. Then follow the instructions, and after completing the procedure, wait for a confirmation email.
Delivery time is up to 5 business days, and the delivery cost is 15 PLN. If your order exceeds 200 PLN, we will cover the delivery cost.
You can check the order status on the website by logging into your account, by email contact (office@bikor.pl), or by phone with Customer Service at 58 553 70 70 from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. To quickly obtain information, please have your order number ready.
Of course, in the order form, select the country to which we should send your chosen Bikor products.
